Advantage Trust Company offers online client portal access to our clients with investment, custodial, and/or retirement accounts. If you do not have a User Name, please contact us to register.
Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the Sign In page. An automated email will be sent that contains a string of numbers and letters, called a Password Token. Copy and paste the Password Token from the email to the Forgot Password screen, then enter and confirm a new password. The Password Token is only valid for 15 minutes.
Advantage Trust Company allows you to receive your account statements and other documents through electronic means. If you would like to receive online statements, you must enroll through the Client Portal. Once logged in, click the Statements tab on the left side of the screen to enroll.
The TRUSTtrak application is available to view your account(s) from a mobile device. The app is available to download in the Apple App Store for Apple devices and Google Play Store for Android devices. Once registered on a desktop computer you can login by using your username, password, and the Mobile Registration Key. The Mobile Registration Key can be found in the Client Portal by clicking on the User Profile Icon, then clicking User Profile. Alternatively, you can call Advantage Trust Company at 785-452-3561 for the Mobile Registration Key.
